Find a Mentor
Jesus wants us to follow him together so we can help each other out.
Can you imagine starting a new job and nobody was sent to train you?
We need people to show us what they know. This is why we believe in mentoring. Jesus set the example for his disciples. They followed his example and taught others to follow theirs.
A good mentor shares stories from their life and shows an active interest in your life. Good mentors are learning too.
This is what will happen next if you fill out this form:
A pastor will call you first and get to know you a bit and hear what you are expecting or answer your questions. You are not committed to anything yet.
We will make some suggestions of mentors, based on who is available and who you know. You will choose the mentor you think you can trust the most.
We will give you and your mentor some ideas and questions that will lead to important conversations.
You two will decide how often and how long you will meet. We suggest you make a 3 month commitment and meet twice a month. Six conversations would make a big difference. If you agree to go longer, go another 3 months.
